What does 'The Heart of Sensitivity' mean for Anita Kaiser?
"being able to stay grounded in my truth and be vulnerable and open-hearted".
My dear friend, Anita Kaiser, is the FIRST person to say, “Yes!” to embracing the call to answer the question, “What does ‘The Heart of Sensitivity’ mean for you?
Here is what she said:
”This is such a beautiful question, and I am so excited to share my answer.
As for all of us, where I am now is not where I started. It’s been a long and winding road to get here. One that I wouldn’t change for anything, but it was filled with significant hurdles.
Right now, in this moment, the heart of sensitivity means being able to stay grounded in my truth and be vulnerable and open-hearted.
Growing up, this wasn’t an option. Not only did the world not feel safe, but everything I saw was about being strong and pushing forward. This meant that I had to disown any of the softer parts of myself. I had to go after what I wanted to push my way into things, but of course, as a woman, that thin line between pushy and bitchy is always so hard to walk. There were so many times I didn’t get it right, and each time, I was left trying to understand but really not able to see the truth.
Throughout that journey, my heart had to create a protective cover. Not consciously, of course, but my subconscious knew it was not safe to walk this world with my heart so wide open. I stepped into judgement. It was so much easier to see others as wrong so that my heart wasn’t constantly sitting in suffering.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve been working to own my sensitivity as my superpower.
I’ve realized that the only way for me to do that is to open my heart.
The only way to open my heart is to get so grounded and centred within myself that I am easily able to weather whatever life brings my way.
This is where I am now, with my beautiful open heart leading the way for others to step more authentically into their own vulnerable truths. That is what the heart of sensitivity is for me.
What are your deepest hearts desires personally and for others on the planet?
Simply put, more humans remember that they are divine light and that they have the power to step out of the fear and into the love.
That we all wake up to the fact that we are not the only intelligent beings on this planet. That the trees, flowers, birds, animals (and all others) are all sentient and together we can create magic.
Staying in our individualistic mindsets, we wind up stuck.
I wish for all of us to see the places where we have backed ourselves into a corner with these old-world ways and begin to allow new energy to come through. To guide us and inspire us so that we can feel the freedom and joy and pleasure that we are here to experience.”
Anita, thank you! I wanted to go through and highlight all the gems, wisdom and insights you shared and your beautiful wish for all of us:
"To see the places where we have backed ourselves into a corner with these old-world ways and begin to allow new energy to come through.”
